Lynnie Saade, PhD
I am a postdoctoral researcher who works at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center as a contractor with the Universities Space Research Association. I work with NASA scientists on X-ray astronomy of active galactic nuclei and X-ray binaries. I have been a member of the NuSTAR team previously, and am currently a member of the IXPE team.
Research Interests
Black holes are my favorite celestial objects, and I am interested in black holes of all sizes, from supermassive to stellar. I study active galactic nuclei and X-ray binaries to better understand the ways in which black holes accrete and how they grow over time.

My second favorite celestial objects are neutron stars, and I have used my X-ray astronomy skills to help analyze the geometry of their accretion flows and magnetic fields.

I have successfully PI'd NuSTAR, NICER, and Swift programs on AGN and X-ray binaries.
